These two regional conference will focus on the DOD's HUBZone Empowerment Contracting and Homeland Security programs.  The Conference will promote the Department of Defense's business development initiatives for American Indian and Minority Businesses.  Speakers will include officials from the Department of Defense's Office of Small disadvantaged Business Utilization.
